This is a real intake form. Fill it in, then send your info to Steven, who runs PawBoard and reads every application himself. Listed sitters book direct with owners and keep every dollar of their rate — a $40 rate pays the sitter $40. No platform cut, ever.
How sending works, plainly: PawBoard has no account system and no server database yet. When you submit, this page saves a copy of your application on this device and opens your email app with everything filled in, addressed to Steven at soldbymock@gmail.com. Your application only reaches Steven when you tap Send in your email app — nothing is sent silently.
